    Job Summary:
    As a Culinarian in the kitchen you are the heart of our restaurant. You are passionate about good food and exceeding our members' expectations. Each shift, you prepare food items that that are vital to the success of the kitchen.

    You will assist with daily prep and work hard to ensure the quality and consistency of the food leaving the line.

    QUALIFICATIONSServe safe certificationAbility to lift at least 50 lbs.
    Do you work well as part of a team? Do you have excellent customer service skills and a love for hospitality? Are you quick on your feet and able to work in a fast-paced environment? Can you maintain a complete day-to-day knowledge of our menu's preparation and presentation? If so, you may be perfect for this position

    Core Competencies:

    Menu memorization - knowing everything on the menu and how to prepare it is essential to the grill cook's role.

    Successful expediters should be able to memorize the menu and its components in a short period of timePhysical stamina - grill cooks spend their entire shift on their feet, and they should be able to do that with ease.

    They typically also need to lift things up to 40 poundsTime management
    • An Expo needs to manage their time efficiently to get food out to customers quickly.
    Communication skills
    • Expediters work with several different people at once, they need to be skilled communicators.
    They should also be skilled at conflict management to ensure interpersonal problems don't interrupt the kitchen's flowCompensation:
    $17.00 per hour
