    What You'll Get to Do:
    CACI is looking to hire a SIGINT SME to support the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System at Langley AFB, VA
    The candidate will interface with numerous organizations to maintain awareness of activities and potential requirements that could be levied upon these DCGS programs, as well as reviewing, analyzing and forwarding for action requirements submitted by supported sites and ensuring that using and supporting commands and agencies coordinate on system testing, fielding, and sustainment requirements

    More About the Role:

    Provide subject matter expertise (SME) support, programmatic insight, and operational knowledge regarding NSA/NRO Overhead-ELINT, IC and service SIGINT architectures, processing, airborne platforms/sensors/data links, and other related issues.


    Contractor will support AF DCGS future SIGINT/ELINT integration activities concerning: Weather, Long-Range Kill Chain, ISR Fusion and Rapid Reprograming
    This position is not focused on legacy airborne platforms (such as U-2).


    Provide technical and analytical expertise to support demonstrations, training, technology development, integration, innovation, testing, and fielding of AF DCGS and other assigned programs.


    Aid program Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Requirements Review Board (RRB), to review, prioritize, and approve changes to established technical capabilities.


    Assist in the development of new capabilities by comparing current capabilities of Air Force (AF) Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) with the actual needs of the users and mission to identify capability gaps.


    Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on advanced concepts for current and future Joint and Air Force ISR and C2 systems
    Assist with analyzing emerging technologies as possible solutions for ISR capability gaps identified by 16 AF, ACC/A2, or HHQ.


    Participate in Planning Increment (PI) events

    These occur quarterly, help shape the direction of development and integration of certified 1067s and help focus efforts on addressing trouble tickets.


    Assist in the development of new capabilities by documenting comparing current capabilities of Air Force (AF) Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) with the actual needs of the users and mission to identify capability gaps.


    Provide technical expertise for Unit/Wing/Installation and HHQ Information Technology (IT) tools used to report status on functions relevant to operational ISR activities.


    Review and analyze systems and applications submitted to the AF DCGS capabilities baseline for migration

    Coordinate acquisition, implementation, and sustainment issues and priorities as needed between supporting and using commands and agencies to ensure appropriate and timely integration of capabilities.


    Draft taskers for coordination of site visits or operator support
    Taskers come from the PMO and require ACC A5/2C to coordinate with the ACC A3/2D, 480 ISRW, 70 ISRW, and NGA to engage with the specific sites to prepare for any visits for surveys, installs, or operator support for demonstrations

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    Active TS/SCI security clearance.


    Bachelors in intelligence/analytics or related disciplines and 5 years System Analyst experience
    (May substitute additional 5 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree or 3 years functional experience with a non-technical degree
    10-12 years total experience).


    Three (3) years' experience within the past six (6) years supporting AF DCGS programs
