Job Description:

As a Client Driver at America Health, you will play a crucial role in providing transportation services to individuals who may have special needs, medical conditions, or require extra assistance during their travels.

You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and comfortable transportation of our passengers to and from their destinations.


Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a designated vehicle to transport patients to daily PHP group meetings, medical appointments, therapy sessions, or other destinations.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to passengers, including helping them in and out of the vehicle as needed.
• Maintain a clean and wellmaintained vehicle, ensuring it is safe for passenger transport.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Communicate effectively with passengers and their caregivers to ensure a smooth and comfortable ride.
• Be punctual and reliable, ensuring ontime pickups and dropoffs.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of passengers.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a driver, especially in a patient transport role, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to lift and assist passengers as needed.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
