    Operations & Maintenance Business Director (Water)
    Our client is a water company based in Saudi Arabia. They currently have an exciting new opportunity for an Operations & Maintenance Business Director (Water).


    In this role you will:
    Report to the General Manager.

    Prepare the Regional Business Unit Plan to Manage all O&M and Customer Services activities.

    Responsible and Accountable for the above activities across Madinah Region, which includes:

    Filling and operation of potable water reservoirs.

    RO Plants up to 5,000m3/day.

    Water Network.

    Filling Station.

    Waste Water Network.

    Waste Water Treatment.

    Smart Operation (Scada & Leakage Detection).

    HSSE follow up of Operations.

    All customer service activities (inclusive of revenue generation & collection targets, customer complaint management, installation of New house connections).


    Supervise the activities of the Regional BU Team, ES Senior Manager, Water Senior Manager, Customer Service (CS) Senior Manager, HSSE Manager, Branches Manager, Violations Section Head, Laboratory Manager, Smart Operations Manager, and all contractors that deliver the needed services.


    Define the organization, policy statements, resources, procedures, guidance, and reporting requirements for the department in consultation with the HSSE and Performance Director, as appropriate, and implement them.


    Manage and optimize the organization of the departmental activities and the use of resources allocated to it to optimize efficiency and achieve all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

    Develop, propose, and implement an annual safety plan with the HSSE Manager.


    Prepare the contractor management strategy and follow up on contractor performance with the support of the Contract Managers and Support Services director.


    Manage all Customer Service Activities & the performance as per contract deliverables and KPI's with the support of the Senior CS Manager & CS Director.


    Define and propose new, improved O&M procedures and CS Procedures with the O&M Director and CS Director that support business performance and maintain ISO accreditation.

    Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available to deliver.


    Plan and implement the gradual and effective transfer of skills and responsibility to the Cluster team staff under his responsibility for the department efficiency in close coordination with the HR Director and the management team.

    Track customer complaint resolution & Manage complex and escalated customer service issues.

    Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.

    Manage all operational Incidents with the teams when they occur.

    Liaise with the company to manage the bulk Supply for.

    Support the O&M Director for the preparation of the NRW management strategy and its implementation.


    Support the Finance Director for the preparation and maintenance of records of revenue notices and receipt vouchers and the payables management.

    Work with the HR Director to prepare the annual training and development programs for the Departments.
