- Responsible for managing the order process in an accurate and timely manner for customer contracts
- Responsible for driving and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Utilize EDI for order processing
- Liaises with other departments such as sales, sales operations, customer support, legal, pricing, credentialing, credit management, etc. to problem-solve both internal and external customer issues
- Identifies customer needs and provides a high level of customer satisfaction. This may include communication and correspondence to customers
- Contributes to a positive team environment through the achievements of team objectives and measurements. Assists team members as needed
- Provides backup-support where additional coverage is needed
- Completes other duties as assigned
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- EDI order processing knowledge
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and work across a matrixed organization
- Strong attention to detail
