    Registered Nurse RN - Long Term Care


    Department:
    Skilled Nursing Facility 001

    • Schedule: Full Time; Nights (3:00pm- 11:30pm) Rotating Weekends and Holidays
    • Facility: The Haven of Our Lady of Peace

    • Travel, PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Provide direct nursing care to patients in the long term care setting in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
    • Implement and monitor patient care plans.
    • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
    • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
    • Assure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
    • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

    Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date
    Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained
    Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
