As a Housekeeper:

My direct contact with residents and their guests can make their day, so I will do everything I can to delight them with my excellent service and my smile.

Ill be responsible for maintaining the feeling of home within our community and with each individual resident all while ensuring the residents receive world class service.

Although my role can be demanding and sometimes tiresome, I know the reward of providing legendary service to our residents, their guest and fellow associates can highlight of their day.
