    Description
    Senior Electric Estimator - Transmission/Substations

    We are looking for a Senior Electric Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of power delivery, high voltages, and utility construction. They will also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical engineering field.

    The primary responsibility of the Senior Electric Estimator is to estimate the cost of electrical projects. This includes gathering and analyzing project data, developing cost models, and preparing detailed cost estimates. The Senior Electric Estimator will also work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure that the estimates are accurate and complete.

    In addition to the above responsibilities, the Senior Electric Estimator will also be responsible for:
    • Developing and maintaining cost databases and estimating tools
    • Providing cost estimates to clients and stakeholders
    • Reviewing and approving cost estimates from subcontractors
    • Managing the cost of projects from inception to completion
    The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. They will also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical engineering field, with a focus on power delivery, high voltages, and utility construction. The candidate will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
