    Lead the development of the Bioprocess Filtration Portfolio, leveraging both new and existing assets to meet market demands and industry trends.

    Serve as the subject matter expert on bioprocess filtration, providing technical support and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders.

    Portfolio Development:

    Lead the development of the Bioprocess Filtration Portfolio, leveraging both new and existing assets to meet market demands and industry trends.

    # Training and Demos:
    Design and conduct comprehensive application and product training sessions, both internally and externally


    Collaboration:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, and Marketing, to align product development with market needs and customer requirements.

    # Quality Assurance:
    Ensure that products meet the highest quality standards through effective testing and validation processes.

    D. in a relevant scientific discipline (Bioprocess Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, etc.).
    ~3-5 years of experience within a bio-filtration equipment or media supplier
    ~ Experience with fiber glass, thick pads, or other fiber based filtration media
    ~ Proven experience in bioprocess filtration and portfolio development.
    ~ Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
    ~ Experience in conducting training sessions and product demonstrations.
