- SERVICE AND TRAIN CLIENTS:
- Create exceptional personal training experiences for new clients.
- Develop customized fitness programs tailored to clients' goals, including exercise routines, nutrition guidance, and product recommendations.
- Inform clients about available tools to support their fitness journey.
- Set expectations, track progress, and ensure clients follow their fitness programs.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques to clients.
- SALES AND SERVICE OF MEMBERS:
- Guide members on using club equipment and exercise techniques.
- Support in member service activities as needed by the club management.
- Understand and promote the benefits of the Smart Start Kick Off program.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized club space.
- ADMINISTRATION/MISC:
- Create fitness programs using company-provided tools.
- Schedule training sessions and other appointments using company systems.
- Execute the Trainer Business Plan and any other assigned duties.
- ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING CERTIFICATIONS:
- American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM): Certified Personal Trainer, Health Fitness Specialist.
- American Council on Exercise (ACE): Personal Trainer Certification.
- The Cooper Institute: Personal Trainer Certification.
- International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA): Personal Fitness Trainer Certification.
- National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM): Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES).
- National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA): Personal Fitness Trainer Certification.
- National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT): Personal Trainer Certification.
- National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA): Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditional Specialist (CSCS).
