    About the Job

    Sigma Defense is seeking a former Senior Naval Officer with extensive Navy Strike Group C5I, Knowledge Management doctrine, principles, and processes experience to join the Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP)/Expeditionary Warfare Training Group, Pacific (EWTGPAC) Team in San Diego, CA as a TTGP Strike Group Senior Staff Training Program Manager. The ideal candidate, a former Senior Naval Officer (Strike Group COS, CDRE), should have experience operating C5I KM within a Navy Strike Group while implementing and managing the current generation of US Navy surface ship C5I systems to meet warfare commander operational requirements as part of strike group operations. Responsibilities include overseeing C5I, Battle Rhythm and Plans, and Knowledge Management doctrine, principles, and processes within a Navy Strike Group and implementing or lecturing C5I, BRP, and KM principles, doctrine, and TTP (Tactics, Techniques and Procedures) as part of operations or training with Naval Carrier Strike Group, Expeditionary Strike Group, Fleet Staff or Major Training Command staff. The position also involves conducting joint military operations within a Strike Group, including oversight or management of Battle Rhythm and planning efforts, and utilizing Navy Mission Essential Task List methodology and observational evaluation of TFCC, BR&P, and C5I (KM) NMETLs. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in any discipline, certification in Knowledge and Information Management, and possession of an active, DoD-issued Secret security clearance. The salary range for this position is $145,000 to $160,000 annually.
