    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLSReview completion of commissioning test results submitted by subcontractors, vendors andinternal commissioning and quality teams against test proceduresVerify test results are ready to be compiled into a test report for a specific area of the project along with the identified open itemsCreate a process to get test reports for submission to the client and/or for subsystem handover to different testing partiesDevelop, and execute a test report compilation process until it can be fully or partially handled by a non-technical employeeReview subcontractors, vendors and internal test procedures before submission to the clientDevelop internal test procedures and plansAudit system and sub-system completions, report findings and make recommendations for solving identified areas of concernUnderstand, direct, coordinate leading punch list walk downs, meetings and punch list close outReview engineering drawings, turnover, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures to confirm appropriate provisions have been established for testing and other functions related to facility completionWork with experienced completion commissioning and start up personnel engaged in pre commissioning, commissioning, testing and operations activitiesAnalyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelinesOrganize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities and meet deadlinesPlan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staffMaintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standardsPERKS OF JOINING JLMWe offer a competitive compensation package as well as benefits including Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, Life, and Paid Time OffCompensation: $ $38.00 per hourJLM is a DBE-accredited agency specializing in finding world-class talent and managing infrastructure project staffing needs.
