    Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists Position Overview:
    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric speech therapy and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children.

    ~ Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists Responsibilities:

    Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients.
    Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each child.

    Provide direct therapy services to children with various speech and language challenges, including articulation disorders, language delays, fluency disorders, and social communication difficulties.

    Educate and empower parents/caregivers on strategies to support their child's communication development and facilitate carryover of skills at home and in other settings.

    Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with team members and families.

    Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists Qualifications:
    Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for licensure.
    State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and engage with children and their families.

    Compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy, with a genuine passion for helping children achieve their communication goals.
