    SLI Stacker- 3rd Shift

    This position involves setting up and maintaining equipment, ensuring it remains operational. Troubleshooting is also required to ensure the proper production of flooded/acid AGM batteries. Close collaboration with the production shift supervisor and other operators is necessary.

    • Understand and follow policies, procedures, and instructions.
    • Identify and report product, process, or quality system non-conformities to lead personnel.
    • SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CORRECTIVE/PREVENTATIVE AND IMPROVEMENT ACTIONS.
    • Maintain a clean working environment by adhering to day-to-day housekeeping standards for the surrounding production area.

    The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role as they will interact closely with coworkers, supervision, and management on a daily basis.
