    Up to $175,000 per year + 25% bonus

    Position Overview:
    Director of IT

    As the Director of IT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization.

    You will lead a team of skilled IT professionals to develop and implement innovative solutions that support our mission of advancing renewable energy technologies.

    This is a hybrid role that requires both strategic leadership and hands-on technical expertise.


    Define and Execute Technology Strategy:
    Define and execute the overall technology strategy in alignment with the company's mission, vision, and goals.
    Identify emerging trends and technologies, evaluate their potential impact, and recommend their adoption or integration into the company's operations.

    Align with C-Suite leaders, defining and owning end-to-end IT strategy that enables employees in their daily work while also staying in compliance with business strategy.


    Operations Management:


    Manage operations, security, and efficiency improvements of all business data, communication, and backup infrastructure, including business tools related to ticket/problem management.

    Establish security protocols for Physical Servers, VMware Infrastructure, Active Directory, File Storage, Gateway, Firewall, Cloud Applications, MS package, and other desktop software applications.

    Build proper documentation database covering all aspects of the regional infrastructure function, including but not limited to the configuration management database covering all servers/systems software, Operations procedures, software licensing, etc.

    Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for technology projects.


    Sales Operations Enhancement:


    Streamline and improve global Sales Operations process and tools such as CRM/ERP and other related items, including business warehouse, real-time inventory management with external logistics partners.


    Technology Integration & Evaluation:


    Implement advanced technologies, including automation, artificial intelligence, IIoT, data, ERP, and analytics, and evaluate emerging technologies to optimize systems and processes, reduce costs, and assess their potential applications within our organization.

    Skilled in connecting with external vendors to provide the right solutions for the business.


    Budget Planning & Resource Management:
    Create annual budget and headcount planning for IT services and disseminate to each region.


    Qualifications & Experience:


    15+ years of IT Leadership role with an emphasis on change management and a rich knowledge of applications listed below.

    10+ years SAP, SD or FICO experience.
    10+ years post-graduate career experience.
    Industry Standard credentials such as CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+, MCSE, CCNA.
    Bachelor's Degree in relevant field Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering required.
    Program and project leadership experience involving multiple workstreams from various functions.

    Expert at managing IT Application lifecycles and related key activities such as improvement projects (development & rollout), daily system operations & quarterly maintenance.

    Strong communication skills, bridging gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders from around the globe.
    CRM, ERP, WMS, SRM, and Workday knowledge and hands-on experience preferred.
