- Summary The Dental Practice Manager is responsible for the operational and financial performance of all the specialty divisions at our Smiles For Kids West office with pediatric dentistry and oral surgery.
- This will include overseeing the Back and Front Office Leads in their roles and duties of strategic planning, office start up, staffing, and general office management and oversight.
- Additionally, the Areal Manager may be assigned duties by the VP of Operations, COO, CEO, or other members of Executive Management.
- Area Manager will oversee patient service efforts, resolve patient complaints, and implement strategies to improve patient experience.
- They need to relay information between upper management and their team, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the organization's goals.
- Demonstrates knowledge of Microsoft Office and a dental practice program such as Dentrix
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to demonstrate these skills in both face-to-face and electronic formats including but not limited to telephone and email systems with special attention to detail and accuracy
