    Job Summary:


    We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer service-oriented Auto Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Friendly Acura of Middletown.

    As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face of our dealership, responsible for creating a positive first impression for our customers.

    This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours, in which you will support the dealership by handling administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.


    Compensation & Benefits:
    The hourly rate for this position is $16 to $17 per hour, based on experience.

    In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.


    Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
    • Answer incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate party or take messages
    • Schedule appointments for service and sales departments
    • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
    • Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
    • Assist with paperwork and data entry for new vehicle purchases
    • Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve any issues or complaints
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn dealershipspecific software
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
    • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
    • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
