We need a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in the following.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Computer Technology OR Associate's degree in Computer Applications, Computer Technology & 3 years expExperience active directory, DNS, and DHCPExperience imaging and deploying laptopsExperience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues in both LAN and WAN environmentsExperience providing desktop/laptop computer hardware supportSetup and install computers for New Hire On-Boarding's and Off-Boarding'sExperience supporting remote workers and troubleshooting VPN and remote technology issuesExperience with BitLocker encryption, antivirus, and malware/spyware removal softwareWorking knowledge of VMware ESXi and vSphere, preferredWorking knowledge with Palo Alto Firewalls, preferredWorking knowledge with Mitel Telephony System, preferred
