POSITION SUMMARY

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing a fun and interactive "live streaming" online gaming experience on an assigned shift while maintaining steady game pace..

No dealing experience is required, but helpful, as we would offer two weeks PAID training to prepare you with all the essential skills needed on how to lead all the games we provide to our online players coming from all over the world. You will be dealing from our online studio, a smoke-free environment located in the heart of Las Vegas with authentic casino tables and equipment.

As an Online Casino Dealer, you will be spending most of your working day live on camera, hosting casino games, and interacting with players who live-stream the games to their mobile devices. Our studio runs most hours of the day and will eventually become 24/7, which means that we offer flexible work schedules, including day and night shifts based on operational needs.

We are looking for candidates that possess exceptional presenting skills who can stay calm under pressure and improvise when necessary. Although we are not a traditional casino, we operate as such and expect our dealers to be professional, reliable, willing to stand for long periods of time, wear presentable makeup and hair for all time camera presence. This is an excellent opportunity to gain live, on camera, teleprompter, casino dealing experience We are looking for both Full-time and Part-time positions. Full-time positions will be eligible for benefits including Health, Dental, and Vision after fulfilling the required hours. A monthly incentive bonus will be given to all dealers based on individual performance.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Must meet established department appearance standards. The skills and abilities necessary to perform within this position are typically acquired through two weeks of training or through related experience. Must be fluent in Korean and English. Must be at least 21 years old.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Market the venue and services offered to a targeted customer base. Perform as in a public relations capacity when promoting the venue.
• Serve as an Ambassador of the Company while working special/promotional events on property as directed by management.
• Assist in building and maintaining a personal clientele and developing the Company database.
• Meet marketing requirements established by management.
• Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Answer guest questions and be knowledgeable about property and local events and attractions.
• Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to Departmental, and Company policies.
• Adhere to uniform requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be physically present at work, in assigned workstation, ready to perform all functions required of the position.
• Cannot gain or lose more than 7% body weight from date of hire.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers alike.

WORKING CONDITIONS

REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to the other duties described herein, each employee has the following responsibilities related to compliance with laws and regulations:

• Attend required training sessions offered by the Bitrate Productions.
• Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the employee's department.
• Consult Internal Control Procedures and Policy Manuals for guidance.
• Report illegal activity to Security or the appropriate levels of Management

RATE AND BONUS

• $15 / hour Training Rate
• $24 / hour Probationary Period
• $25 / hour After Probation
• Hourly Bonuses Based on Performance- up to $12 per hour
