    Descripción de funciones

    As a Quality Systems Engineer I at HydraFacial, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality assurance systems.

    Your expertise will ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements through diligent oversight of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), customer complaints, calibration and maintenance of equipment, and conducting internal audits.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards, contributing to our mission of delivering safe and effective medical devices.


    HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
    Investigate and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

    Investigate and close customer complaints, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and feedback to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

    Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 13485:2016, MDSAP, and other applicable quality management system standards and regulations.

    Lead and support continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of the quality management system (QMS).


    Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to senior management, highlighting performance trends, areas for improvement, and the impact of quality initiatives.

    Monitor and report on key quality metrics such as Deviations, CAPA, NCMRs, Customer Complaints, and Change Control.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality management processes.

    Communicate system issues and updates to the team effectively.

    Serve as a liaison between the Quality Assurance team and management for system-related matters.

    Foster a culture of quality and compliance within the organization.

    When needed support other functions within the quality system.

    HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

    0-2 Years of direct experience in the regulated industry. Medical Device industry a plus.

    Experience with MasterControl or similar EQMS platforms is preferred.

    Awareness of quality management processes such as: (NCMRS, Customer Complaints, CAPAS, ECO/ECR process in the context of medical device industry is a plus.

    Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards such as ISO 13485:2016, MDSAP, UKCA.

    Excellent problem-solving, communication, and training skills.

    (Pay Rate Range:
    $67,000 - $73,000)

    An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
