Within our new and ambitious source-to-contract team we have several positions open
As a source-to-contract buyer at FrieslandCampina, you will be part of the Procurement Sourcing and Excellence department within our Procurement organization. You will contribute to our Procurement strategy by working closely with suppliers, global category Procurement and local business procurement, procurement shared service centers, quality, R&D and IT department. You will be part of a new global team with access to advanced sourcing technology, you will be at the forefront to raise the level of sourcing in Frieslandcampina. Essentially you will drive the efficiency and user friendliness toward business colleagues who want to spend money on behalf of FrieslandCampina in the best possible way.
As a source-to-contract Buyer you will be responsible for the facilitation of the category sourcing strategy, by setting up and conducting tender events and e-auctions. You will run the tender process end to end, in close collaboration with the Category Buyers and Category Managers, including tender preparation, documentation and analyzing & presenting the results. Securing full compliance regarding supplier safety, sustainability and quality is also one of your focus areas.
Once the supplier is selected you are responsible for contracting, adequate documentation and digital archiving and handover to the master data teams.
