    The Role

    We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting nursing assessments, and addressing the medical and emotional needs of our residents.

    What We Offer

    • A competitive salary starting at $26.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on experience and education
    • A shift differential of $1.00 per hour for PM Shifts and $2.00 per hour for Night Shifts
    • A per diem requirement of 3 shifts per month minimum, with additional pick-up receiving a $10.00 per hour differential

    • A valid and current RN/LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
