- Oversee kitchen operations and lead a team of sous chefs and culinary staff
- Develop and execute seasonal, trend-forward menus
- Manage food and labor costs, inventory, and vendor relations
- Ensure kitchen safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- 5+ years as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in luxury hotels or fine dining
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience with scheduling, payroll, and cost controls
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
- Pre-opening experience preferred
