    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

    • Lead client workstreams focused on job architecture design, refinement, validation, and governance
    • Assess and redesign talent lifecycle processes to improve role clarity and alignment with work performance
    • Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to drive decision-making
    • Translate workforce and talent strategy into practical frameworks and execution roadmaps
    • Partner with data, technology, and workforce analytics teams to operationalize job and skills data

    What is Required (Qualifications):

    • 8+ years of experience in HR, talent management, organizational design, workforce strategy, or consulting
    • Hands‑on experience with job architecture, role design, or job framework initiatives
    • Experience assessing or redesigning talent lifecycle processes
    • Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills
    • Ability to translate complex workforce challenges into clear, practical solutions

    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

    • Consulting or client‑facing experience strongly preferred
    • Advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus
