    Global Life Science Hub is proud to partner with a specialised Biopharmaceutical company at the forefront of next-generation drug delivery technologies and Generics drug development.

    With recent FDA approvals and plans for significant growth, our partner is preparing to triple production by 2025 with new in-house Manufacturing capabilities.

    This presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team driving innovation and advancement in the pharmaceutical sector.

    Responsibilities:
    Developing and implementing robust supply plans to maintain optimal inventory levels in line with commercial demand.
    Coordinating and supervising product movement within the supply network, including both domestic and international freight.
    Supporting network development, new product launches, and various life-cycle management initiatives such as cost reduction, optimization, and complexity reduction.
    Establishing efficient business processes and tools to enhance operational productivity and establish a top-tier, dependable supply chain operation.
    Initiating and spearheading business process enhancement projects across the supply chain network.
    Defining key performance indicators to monitor product availability, customer service levels, delivery punctuality, back orders, etc.
    Providing oversight, mentoring, and coaching to junior team members.

    Qualifications:
    A bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain
    Preference for Supply Chain certification (e.g., APICS).
    A minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical industry.

    Proven experience in managing complexity, conflict resolution, identifying process gaps through data analysis, and assessing the risk and impact of supply-related processes.

    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.

    Strong coordination and project management abilities.
    Proficient analytical skills.
    Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Previous experience in operational excellence is advantageous.
