Are you a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for per diem opportunities? Join our dynamic team at a well-established rehabilitation center located in Valley Cottage, New York. We have openings for LPNs on all shifts, providing you with flexibility and the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

As a Per Diem LPN at our facility, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities include:

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitoring and documenting resident progress

Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Ensuring the overall well-being and comfort of residents

Valid New York State LPN license

CPR certification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Previous experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting is a plus

BLS

Flexible scheduling with 8-hour shifts.
