- Communicate with third parties to get titles
- Handling Physical docs and mailing on campus
- Call volume is currently (OUTBOUND) based on queue, under 15 calls per day
- Customer service skills
- DMV or title experience is a plus
- Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge

TEKsystems is seeking candidates for a Collateral Control Specialist position with a Fortune 100 Credit Union in Pensacola, FL.
This is a fully onsite position Candidates must be in a commutable distance to Pensacola, FL.
Description:
To provide administrative support receiving and distributing collateral documents such as proof of ownership, signed lien documents and retrieving titles. Initiate communication with members to ensure collateralized loans have valid and appropriate proof of ownership to minimize financial risk. Obtain and track member feedback and provide management with recommendations that result in minimizing the risk of loss to the company. Work is performed under regular supervision.
