Vale Group has partnered with a company in the Aerospace industry, based in Springfield, MA, who is actively searching for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to work on-site for an opportunity with a salary range between $100-110K based on experience.

Requirements of the Manufacturing Engineer:

3+ years of experience in Aerospace or similar industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Knowledge of composites manufacturing
Advanced knowledge of AS9102 and AS9100 standards
Knowledge of CNC Programming
Experience with New Product Introductions and First Article Inspections
Solid understanding of Epicor ERP system

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer:

Working closely with designers and engineers on New Product Introductions to develop manufacturing plans and protocols
Partner with supplier management to develop estimates
Participate in tooling design process
Assist with programming of CNC & other machines
Maintain products methods of manufacture in company Epicor ERP system
Assist throughout the manufacturing process, from First Article Inspection through final production
