- We service our residential clients Monday-Friday 8am-6pm - No weekends Flexible Hours (25hr. Minimum)
- Our commercial clients from 5pm-12am - Evenings and some Sunday availability is always a plus (25hr. Minimum)
- A hybrid betty would need to have a mix of both AM and PM availability.( Example: 10am-10pm)
- This position is perfect for those looking to have some flexible hours in their day.
- Full-time Cleaner- 30 hours minimum + Benefits.
- Part-time Cleaner- 25 hours minimum.

- Increase to $22 or $23 an hour within the first year of employment.
- Drive time Pay & mileage reimbursement.
- Valid Drivers License (to commute to and from client accounts).
- Reliable Vehicle & Proof of Auto Insurance (to commute to and from client accounts).
- Smartphone (to download scheduling & HR/Payroll applications).
- House shoes- Slip-resistant encouraged.
- Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm availability (for full-time cleaners).
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds safely.
- Ability to work on feet for up to 8 hours a day in a physically demanding job.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb step stool, etc. in an 8-hour day while providing field support.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time (driving/commuting) between account locations.
- You want to learn techniques and practices of professional green cleaning.
- You can provide a one-year minimum commitment.
- You have availability to work between 25-40 hours per week.
- You can meet the physical demands of a labor-intensive job day in and day out.
- You enjoy helping people and can provide a top-notch customer experience.
- You are consistent and dependable.
- You desire to work independently but are comfortable asking for support.
- You're great with pets (a plus, not required).

Become a Betty:The Cleaner position provides exceptional customer service to all Two Bettys clients. Cleaners are also responsible for providing thorough, safe, efficient, and effective cleaning using all cleaning supplies provided by Two Bettys. All Two Bettys employees are required to treat each other, management, clients, and vendors with respect. Two Bettys is committed to a workspace where individuals feel safe and that their voice is heard.
This role will consist of fieldwork at clients' homes. This role must also have the ability to commute between client locations anywhere within our service area. We currently service Minneapolis/St. Paul & the first ring of suburbs
