Proven experience in a team lead role.
Proficiency in Windows Systems administration.
Strong knowledge of network routing and switching.
Extensive background in Linux systems administration.
Experienced with storage networking.
Experience in data backup operations.
Proficient in providing endpoint security support and tuning, particularly in a regulated environment.
Excellent written documentation, including creating process/procedure documents, diagrams, guidelines, and operational manuals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
