Responsibilities:

Product testing:
investigative, verification, regression

Develop and execute test cases and test plans
Working respectfully in Jira and Slack
Work as a team member
Review and analyze system specifications
Perform tests for the cloud, browser, mobile, and devices
Troubleshoot escalated issues


Requirements and skills:

Experience testing software:
feature, regression, scale, or load
Experience with test management tools, Zephyr Scale or others
Effective communications with detail and examples
Creativity and being a self-starter
Experience coding/scripting or writing automated tests
Able to work with APIs
Good understanding of networks
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Comfortable working with complex systems


Beneficial skills:
Able to effectively write test/tool code (Bash, Javascript, python, etc)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, SSH.
Experience professionally installing access control, security camera or alarm systems.
Familiarity with Agile


Experience and Education:

High school education or pursuing a bachelor's degree or greater in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, related field, or working towards such a degree or equivalent experience.

Travel Requirement:
Traveling less than 5% of the time.

$60,000 annual salary
