- Develop and implement innovative paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies and targeting.
- Create compelling ad copy and visual assets optimized for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure alignment and integration of paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media and digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in paid media management, with a focus on Search, SEM/PPC, and Paid Social.
- Proficiency in managing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other DSPs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proven track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns to meet performance goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with e-commerce clients or within the healthcare sector is a plus.
