Handle procurement of holiday customer gifts/ordering/shipping & maintaining of inventory
Expense/credit card reconciliation
Send out company swag/promo gear for company sponsored events + Assist with travel coordination for the CRO; work with travel agency to coordinate flights/hotel, set up car services, coordinate other logistics as requested, and create/print copies of itineraries & presentations etc.+ Coordinate internal/external meetings & calls,+ Provide friendly reminders of upcoming commitments & responsibilities as needed,
