Overview of the Systems Administrator:

• Maintain cloud and on-premises network and systems including software, VPN, routers and other hardware.
• Update virus protection software and patching to safeguard data and communications.
• Oversee Microsoft Windows Desktop/Server, Office 365/Exchange, Active Directory and Remote Desktop Services.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot for staff members

Preferred Qualifications for the Systems Administrator:

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years' hands-on IT Systems Administration experience to include infrastructure and network/systems security
• Microsoft 365 And Azure Certifications desirable
• oversight of LAN, firewalls, routers, switches and printers
• customer service orientation and the ability to prioritize multiple technical tasks
