    Velocity Vehicle Group is looking for a Outside Sales Coordinator to join our team in Fresno, CA for following hours: Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    What You'll Do:
    Outside Sales Coordinator
    for our Used Trucks division is responsible for prospecting and generating sales within their specific geographic area (CA) as well as online and through social media. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships with new and existing clients.

    Job Duties:

  • Responsible for all California internet and social media sales leads
  • Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of used trucks and pricing
  • Reviews inventory on a daily basis
  • Identifies leads, manages prospects and acquires new business
  • Meets or exceeds new business sales goals
  • Completes prospecting activities to secure first and follow up appointment with decision makers
  • Prepares and delivers proposals/presentations to customers and key decision makers
  • Prepares and drafts sales agreements and other paperwork needed to complete the sale in a timely manner
  • Checks credit of potential customers
  • Introduces customers and prospective customers to VVG financing department
  • Develops and maintains an awareness of the market behavior and competitive trends and responds accordingly
  • Provides and generates all documents related to credit approval
  • Ensures trucks are ready, repaired, clean and presentable for purchasing customer
  • Make sure all trucks on lot are locked at end of day
  • Notify management when new truck inventory arrives at the location
  • Able to travel throughout the state of California
  • Job Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must present and communicate in a professional manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be organized with good time management skills
  • Possesses proven analytical/problem solving skills for the customer and company
  • Computer proficiency
  • Previous sales experience in the trucking industry
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Possesses strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
  • Must have valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass post offer background and drug test
  • Compensation:

  • $18.50-$20.50 hourly with commission
  • Full time position
