As part of your responsibilities you will Accurately record AP accruals for invoices process to support month-end year-end close Analyze ensure completeness expense accounts during close completing additional AP accruals reclasses as needed ensure accuracy Record payroll expense reports during month Complete balance sheet reconciliations assigned Actively manage accuracy prepaid expense schedules ensuring GAAP compliance proper timing recognition Collaborate department heads leadership support closing process Collaborate manager train opportunities continuous improvement Work closely Financial Reporting align anticipated forecast results Ensure compliance company policies Ensure proper audit documentation maintained Provide analysis variance explanations Assist preparation audit schedules respond auditor inquiries Provide guidance knowledge junior accounting staff Act subject matter expert on accounting principles practices offering insights recommendations supporting business initiatives Assist corporate controller develop implement effective internal controls
