Diesel Mechanic Benefits:
The average hourly diesel mechanic wage is $25.00/26.00 paid bi-weekly
The average weekly diesel mechanic wage is $1,125
7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday schedule with at least 45 hours a week, providing at least 5 hours of overtime per week
No weekend hours
Commission opportunity based on mechanic team production goals
50% of short and long-term disability insurance elections paid

Benefits start 1st of the month after 1st day of employment - no waiting period

Diesel Mechanic Requirements
Mechanic experience with equipment diagnostics and repair (front to back, tires to hood) of power equipment including diesel engines, tractors, skid steers, loaders, mowers, backhoes, excavators, and the like
Mechanic experience with hydraulic, electrical, and A/C systems
Mechanic experience with the Kubota line is a plus
Diesel Mechanic candidates need to be detail-oriented, comfortable with computers and associated technology
Diesel Mechanic candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Diesel Mechanic candidates must be comfortable in a team environment and value safety and accountability
