    POOLCORP is seeking a Cybersecurity Business Process Analyst to enhance our cybersecurity framework and ensure that our technical capabilities seamlessly align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in formalizing cybersecurity processes, aligning business operations with industry standards, and spearheading training and third-party security reviews.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the develop, documenting, and maintenance of incident response plans, ensuring that all cybersecurity processes are formalized and accessible.
  • Produces high quality executive and board level documentation around cybersecurity based KPI and compliance metrics.
  • Works with cybersecurity leadership and staff to continually develop and mature KPI across a wide variety of platforms and initiatives.
  • Leads the enhancement of internal cybersecurity training programs, and design initiatives for external platforms, such as POOL360, to improve and promotes security awareness and best practices across the industry.
  • Coordinates the security review, business justification and auditing of third-party applications, particularly focusing on marketing, CRM and third-party SaaS tools, to fulfill organizational commitments and maintains security integrity and data privacy standards.
  • Works with internal stakeholders and cybersecurity vendors to align spending to quantifiable risk reduction.
  • Works with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate greater alignment of business needs and cyber risk reduction opportunities.
  • Facilitates the alignment of business processes with CIS and NIST cybersecurity frameworks, monitoring the implementation of controls and compliance measures.
  • Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing processes and deliverables in complex technology oriented stakeholder environments.
  • A master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study.
  • Experience working with regulatory frameworks and adapting processes and technologies to meet requirements.
  • Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the capacity to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in common online business tools for marketing, CRM and other SaaS applications.
  • Persistence and diligence in achieving goals and honoring commitments in a highly distractible, fast paced environment.
