    YOUR ROLE

    The Model Risk Team manages model risk and artificial intelligence risk for the US Life Insurance division, Investment function, CareScout and Corporate segment.

    As the Artificial Intelligence Risk Analyst, you will work as part of this team with a focus on artificial intelligence governance and support the AI inventory process, issue tracking, governance meetings and management reporting.

    You may also support the implementation and management of a new GRC tool to manage AI governance. Participate in and potentially lead risk reviews for artificial intelligence applications. You will support a comprehensive assessment of AI risk across the AI inventory and processes that rely on AI.

    You will partner with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line resources to collaborate on work, develop insights, assess model risk and recommend actions to mitigate risk.

    What you will be doing
    Support the AI governance process over the AI inventory, issue tracking, governance meetings and management reporting
    Support the buildout of a process to identify and review new AI use cases
    Support the buildout of the AI inventory identification process
    Support the implementation and management of a GRC tool to capture the AI inventory, issue tracking, and management reporting
    Support the Annual AI Risk Management Framework update.
    Participate and potentially lead risk reviews for artificial intelligence applications
    Cultivate relationships and channels of communication across the 1st, 2nd and 3rd line teams to build risk culture, promote AI risk management, share in best practices and provide independent perspective on initiatives and issues related to AI applications
    Contribute to development of the AI risk management program through independent learning, gathering market intelligence, on job experience and collaboration with the team, AI application owners and other lines
    Share insights, learnings and education on AI applications and related advanced technology
    May be involved with or support model governance, analysis or risk reviews
    What you bring
    Bachelor's degree
    2+ years of experience in Data Science, IT, Risk or Audit Role
    Experience using or building AI
    Understanding and knowledge of AI applications and methods
    Experience in project management
    Strong communication and analytical skills
    Ability to manage workload and consistently achieve delivery timelines
    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    Ability to challenge and influence in a collaborative way
    Nice to have
    AI Risk Management, Model Risk Management or Enterprise Risk Management experience
    Experience implementing or using a GRC Tool
    Governance and controls background
    Familiarity with Insurance processes and practices
