*Job Responsibilities / Position Information for the MDS Nurse / PPS Nurse include:

• Have extended knowledge of care plans.

• Must also possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals and objectives that are necessary for providing quality care.

• Must have 2 years long term care experience
• Must have MDS/PPS experience

*Licensure / Certifications:
