7 New York, NY New York, NY $130,000 - $150,000 a year $130,000 - $150,000 a year POSTE As a Project Manager, you will manage the design and construction of exceptional projects throughout the Louis Americas landscape in major metropolitan areas.

'Exceptional Projects' goes beyond Retail and focuses on activations elevating the Client Experience.

You will work closely with the Vice President of Store Planning- Exceptional Projects and the greater store planning department to ensure coordination of all aspects of experiential retail which include direct control and responsibility of Procurement, Administration, and Logistics.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring and managing external consultants, contractors, and direct vendors.
They will handle costs, scheduling, and quality of projects throughout the entire process of planning and construction.

As well as orchestrate and coordinate initiatives that directly benefit the overall Store Planning department and future activations within Louis Vuitton Americas.

A strong architecture background and experience within the luxury retail sector are strongly preferred.

PROFIL Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Deliver an Exceptional Project opening, impacting Louis Vuitton Americas on time and on budget.

Supervise and coordinate all design and construction activities involved with Exceptional Projects Prepare feasibility studies, to evaluate locations and estimate budgets and timings Coordinate bidding and award of all consultants and supervise their activities and outcomes Coordinate general contractors and millwork contractors bidding, evaluate tender documents and offers and coordinate works assignment The PM - Exceptional Projects will manage all vendor orders, while reviewing all consultants and contractors drawings to ensure consistency with projects and concepts from preliminary submissions to construction and shop-drawings.

Additionally, the Project Manager will manage external consultants from multiple disciplines and ensure alignment with company standards and guidelines.

Strong coordination with Paris designers to prepare location layout to match planned retail sales and organize internal review with all corporate and local teams involved will be required.

Finally, the PM will be responsible for delivering project presentations and updates to senior executives.
Collaboration and coordination with all Corporate and Retail Departments such as:
IT, Asset Protection, Legal, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Stores will be daily.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $130,000-150,000 annually plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including:

This position is located at our Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in NYC and honors the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
