Trainee Technical Customer Service Advisor Basildon – Office based Monday – Friday 8–5 or 9–6 (on a rota basis) GBP25,000 This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with strong written and verbal communication skills who wants and is willing to learn new skills and is technically minded.

Full training is given. Outline of the role Provide customers with technical advice over the phone and via email. Build strong customer relationships. Communicate with the Sales team to assist with any technical questions from potential customers. Effectively resolve minor queries and escalate any complaints to the Technical Manager.
