    ** Job Description**

    The Cybersecurity Officer is responsible for actively driving cybersecurity globally in the Grid Software organization. The responsibility encompasses IT / OT and product, solution, and service security.

    The Cybersecurity Officer is the head of the cybersecurity organization and will be appointed and empowered by the CEO in alignment with the .

    **Responsibilities**

    to derive, develop and implement cybersecurity strategy, program and roadmaps in the organization globally in alignment with cybersecurity strategy of Siemens and SI

    to define and guide cybersecurity governance implementation, to define appropriate processes and structures for introducing security into products, solutions, services, IT/OT globally throughout the organization, including countries and regions

    to identify best practices and derive organization-wide technical standards, processes and policies

    to advise executive, product, project management and heads of organizational units regarding security for all organization products, solutions, services and IT/OT

    Coordination with the SI cybersecurity organization and exchange of experience and suggestions for improvement to clarify cybersecurity services and resources and their demand

    to provide regular cybersecurity status updates and risk reports to the CEO and to responsible Chief Cyber Security Officer at the corporate level

    to drive continuous improvement and to steer cybersecurity community collaboration

    to represent the respective organization for cybersecurity topics internally and externally

    to nominate cybersecurity managers in coordination with CEO and the head of the organizational unit

    to coordinate incident and vulnerability handling activities and processes

    **Experience / Capabilities**

    bachelors degree in Information Security, Computer Science or a similar subject

    experienced with international Cybersecurity Standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, IEC and with this knowledge you are able to translate a business strategy into a cybersecurity strategy

    long years of experience in the in the area of cybersecurity strategy and planning

    already gained experience in software development and IT / OT operations

    Ideally, you have additional experience within the energy distribution industry and related cybersecurity regulations

    It is a plus if you are certified as an Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Information Security Manager (CISM)

    You have a risk-based approach to cybersecurity activities and investment

    Your ability to discuss with technical experts as well as with senior management complete your profile
