Day, Night, and PRN shifts availableHours:6p-6a and 6a-6pWill provide nursing care including administering prescribed medications, documenting the condition, care and treatment of patients, observing patients and notifying physicians of significant changes

Qualifications:

Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License is requiredPassion for helping peopleTeam playerThe Phoenix Post-Acute is a modern, state-of-the-art care center, conveniently located at 519 Ninth Avenue North, near Galveston Bay.

Our location provides easy access from the Emmett F Lowry Expressway and serves the Southeast Houston, Texas City, and Galveston areas.
