Food Stylist - Deerfield, United States - Creative Circle

Our client, a leading global consumer goods company, is looking for a Food Stylist to join their team for a long-term freelance project. The role will be onsite at their studio in South Deerfield, MA. This role is expected to be 40 hours per week, starting in May 2024, lasting roughly 11 months.

Food Stylist Responsibilities:

• Join the photo/video content studio team focusing on assisting and supporting the Art Director with food and beverage styling for a range of products
• Help source ingredients for recipes, work on food and Bev styling (prep, cooking, styling, clean up)
• General studio and kitchen cleaning/ organization and assistance, such as maintaining a fully stocked food styling kit and kitchen / accessories
• Assist with ad hoc needs as requested to ensure all shoots run smoothly according to schedule

Requirements:

• 3+ years of specific food styling experience (food and beverage styling is ideal)
• The ideal candidate is someone who's highly motivated, eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced and creative work setting
• Must have a passion and interest in keeping up with current food trends and visuals to be able to advise and support all creative developments with food included, to stay relevant in communications
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and stay calm under pressure. Close attention to detail
• Exceptional skills collaborating with others
• Basic knowledge of camera, lighting, and grip equipment. (Putting the foods best face forward)
• Basic understanding of studio and eager / willing to jump in and learn with a great can-do attitude
