    Description

    We are seeking a Landscape Architect / Designer dedicated to satisfying clients' requirements through effective communication and a commitment to continual learning. Relocation assistance is available for this one-of-a-kind role that offers growth and ownership.

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture is mandatory.
    • 5-7 years of experience in land development, emphasizing Placemaking & Hardscape expertise.
    • Licensed architect
    • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and creativity is required.
    • Preference for proficiency in Civil 3D.
    • A strong dedication to client needs and a solid work ethic.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct research on relevant codes and regulations for project sites.
    • Conceptualize site designs for diverse urban and natural environments, incorporating layout and grading for paved surfaces, green spaces, and amenities.
    • Collaborate with civil engineers and environmental specialists to integrate site designs seamlessly into broader project plans.
    • Develop planting strategies that complement engineering objectives.
    • Ensure alignment between project specifications and design details.
    • Create graphical representations, plans, and construction documents using CAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Meet project objectives and deadlines efficiently.
    • Assist in preparing cost estimates with input from the construction estimation team.
    • Maintain accurate records of time and expenses.
