    **Job Description**

    How does it feel to work on a team driven to make a big impact? Empowering. Our Combat Mission Systems business in Anniston, AL is currently hiring for an Electrical Floor Support Engineer to provide technical support to manufacturing and related functions.

    **Additional Responsibility Includes:**

    + Researches, develops, and improves electrical manufacturing processes, methods, and systems for products, facilities, fixtures, tooling, equipment, and/or materials.

    + Develops and tests work methods and procedures, ensuring performance and quality of materials, products, and machines meet specifications and standards.

    + Ensures technical outcomes are consistent with established engineering principles and practices and that customer and company technical, system, performance, and quality requirements are met.

    **Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

    + B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 2 years relevant experience; or a M.S. degree in a relevant technical discipline

    + Working knowledge of electrical engineering tools is highly desired

    + Regularly required to sit; frequently required to move about, and reach with hands and arms; may occasionally be required to balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

    **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

    + Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a relevant technical field of specialization.

    + Familiarity with current computer applications and technologies in applicable engineering disciplines.

    + Ability to solve moderately complex technical design and development problems that require a professional level of engineering knowledge.

    + Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to solve moderately complex technical problems.

    + Familiarity with relevant military and commercial design standards.

    + Experience working with electrical/electronic systems of military ground vehicles

    + Working knowledge of military electrical connector and electrical cabling specifications

    + SAEJ1939 CANBus, 10/100 and Gigabit Ethernet Protocols

    + Integration of military communication/antenna systems including BFT, SINCGARS, DAGR, CREW2

    **Pay Information**

    Full-Time Salary Range: $ $85950

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
