Our client, a leading organization in the food production industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Liquid Recieving Operator to join their team. As a Liquid Recieving Operator, you will be an essential part of the operations supporting the safety, quality, and efficiency of the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Liquid Recieving Operator

Location: Rochester, MN

Pay Range: $24.38

Shift: Overnight 12-hour rotating shift

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor pasteurizers, evaporators, and CIP units to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
  
• Receive and pasteurize liquid raw materials, maintaining proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
  
• Perform sanitation tasks including CIP of silos and line circuits, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
  
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with maintenance teams to resolve problems promptly.
  
• Manage flow plate connections, oversee incoming and outgoing trucks, and document all processes accurately.
  

What's Needed?

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible, changing priorities.
  
• Basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and control systems such as SAP and Ifix.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
  
• Willingness to learn lockout/tagout procedures and follow safety protocols.
  
• Physical ability to climb stairs and handle equipment during shifts.
