- Designing, developing, and implementing data quality solutions
- Identify data quality issues, determine root cause, and develop corrective actions working with DQ Engineers
- Promote best practices in data quality management techniques and methodologies across the organization
- Partnering with business stakeholders to drive focus on prioritization of DQ efforts
- Developing and executing data quality tests to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
- Actively contribute to improving data quality to drive business impact.
- Working with data stewards and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of data across the organization.
- Maintaining and documenting data quality processes and procedures.
- Staying up to date on the latest data quality techniques and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management and quality assurance
- Experience writing SQL
- Experience in data profiling & analysis
- Understanding of data security, data quality regulations and standards such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or similar
- Experience with data integration tools (e.g. Informatica, Talend) and data visualization tools (e.g. Qlikview, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Experience in Data Quality Rules engine like Informatica (IDMC preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional groups. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
