    Job Title

    Deposit Processing Assistant

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Deposit Operations team as a Deposit Processing Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and verifying items for commercial, agriculture, and consumer accounts accurately and timely in a deadline-driven environment.

    The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide top-notch customer service and professional interaction with internal customers through email, phone, and chat services. You will also possess basic knowledge of processing duties, including NSF decisions, non-posts, stop pays, and cash letters procedures.

    This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the bank. As a Deposit Processing Assistant, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as data entry, research, and creative problem-solving.

    • Process and verify items for commercial, agriculture, and consumer accounts
    • Provide excellent customer service through email, phone, and chat services
    • Perform daily overdraft processing, stop/hold review, rejected item review, and other tasks according to MACHA rules and bank processes and procedures
    • Review daily reports and general ledger account reconciliations
    • Maintain compliance by following bank policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    • 2 years of bank experience
    • NCP Certification
    • High School diploma or equivalent

    Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

    Location: Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Florida
